Cancellation Policy
(Please Note: This Cancellation Policy will come into effect on the 1st July 2012)

To secure a confirmed booking, credit card details are required as security for the psychic medium readings. This secures your appointment. If you wish to change the date beyond the original booking we request that you advise us as soon as you are aware of the changes.

• In the event of a confirmed cancellation prior to 24 hours before your appointed psychic medium reading no fee will be charged.
• In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice before your psychic medium reading you will be charged a fee equivalent to the appointed booking, however that amount will be offered as a credit for a future subsequent reading.
• In the event of a failure to show on the booked date you will be charged a fee equivalent to the appointed booking. In special circumstances, solely at Elizabeth Mani’s discretion, you may be offered such amount as a credit for a future psychic medium reading.

Reasons for the Policy

While we always regret the necessity to impose charges upon clients who do not cancel with adequate notice or show up for their psychic medium reading, we have found it necessary to apply these charges in the certain circumstances set out above, in the hope that it will encourage clients to advise of any booking changes at an earlier time, this will allow us to book another appointment.

We believe that our cancellation policy is more generous than most, particularly in our offer of psychic medium credit in a number of circumstances.

We hope that you will understand the basis of our policy and to keep us informed of your plans to avoid any unnecessary charges.
